Private Sessions
Private sessions are designed for individuals who value personalized instruction and efficient use of their time.
Each session is adapted to the client's needs, goals, and physical history. The practice evolves over time as strength, mobility, and confidence improve.
Sessions take place in the client's home, private gym, or other preferred setting. This allows the work to integrate naturally into daily life without unnecessary travel.
Small Group Sessions
Small group sessions offer the same thoughtful instruction in a shared setting.
These sessions are often hosted in private homes or residential gyms. They are well suited for couples, families, or small groups of friends who enjoy practicing together.

Movement Approaches
Sessions at Revive draw from several complementary movement disciplines. Each practice serves a different purpose. Over time, they work together to support strength, mobility, and ease in the body.
Yoga
Yoga links breath with movement to develop strength, stability, and mental clarity. The pace of practice may vary from steady and restorative to more dynamic movement depending on the client's needs and experience. Each session emphasizes thoughtful alignment and calm focus rather than intensity for its own sake.
Mobility Training
Mobility is the range of control a person can actively achieve within a joint. In simple terms, it is strength expressed through a full range of motion.
Mobility training develops stability, coordination, and control so the body can move freely without strain. The work is precise and progressive. Over time it allows clients to maintain independence, confidence, and comfort in everyday movement.
Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching introduces gentle external guidance to deepen flexibility and release tension within connective tissue. The practitioner helps guide the body into positions that are difficult to reach alone while maintaining safety and comfort.
Sessions are always adapted to the client. Previous injuries, areas of tightness, and long-term goals are carefully considered.
