Hatha Vinyasa Class: Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this foundational yoga class has something for everyone. Hatha yoga is traditionally a practice with a sequence of longer-held postures. Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement. In this Hatha Vinyasa fusion, you get the best of both worlds. Poses are held for a longer period of time initially - about 10 to 15 breaths per pose - giving you an opportunity to feel the pose in your body. Once the foundation for each pose is set, you will then link one breath per pose engaging in the traditional flow-style vinyasa practice. This is a completely guided class. All levels are welcome.
Yin Class: This style of yoga consists of long-held, passive postures primarily practiced on the floor. The duration of the postures will stretch connective tissue deep within the body. This practice creates greater flexibility within the body by allowing muscle to move freely from connective tissues. Though this is considered a slow and, at times, restful class, it is not without challenge. Build mental resiliency as you are guided through postures that will challenge the calmness of your mind.
Classes are available via virtual livestream, on demand library, or at a private location upon request.
