April is an experienced 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with a background in clinical exercise science. Over the course of her career, she has taught thousands of hours of yoga. Her work supports clients in building strength, mobility, and long-term physical wellbeing.
In addition to her independent practice, April has spent eight years teaching at a luxury fitness club. During this time she gained extensive experience working with clients who prioritize health, performance, and consistency in their routines.
She also brings more than fifteen years of experience working in private settings. These environments require discretion, professionalism, and careful attention to detail. Much of her work has taken place within private households where respect for personal space and daily routines is essential. This experience has shaped the quiet, respectful approach that defines her work today.
About April
The Revive Approach
Revive operates as a small, carefully maintained practice designed to support long-term physical health and mobility.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may take place privately or in small groups. The work may include yoga, mobility training, breathwork, or restorative practices depending on each client’s needs.
Convenience and discretion are central to the structure of the practice. Sessions are often conducted in a client’s home or preferred setting, allowing wellness practices to integrate naturally into daily life without disrupting schedules or routines.
Many clients work with Revive over extended periods of time. This continuity allows sessions to evolve as goals change.
Revive supports a limited number of clients and grows primarily through referral. This structure allows for thoughtful attention, privacy, and consistency in the work.
The goal is simple: to support long-term physical health through professional, discreet care.

"I have been seeing April for one-on-one mobility and stretching sessions for over 1 year now. As a 50 year old , my mobility was a significant issue when working out three days a week with my trainer; however, the improvements my personal trainer and I have seen have been significant. I have seen increases in reps and weight with chest, shoulder, and back exercises, and, major increases with my leg work outs. The biggest improvement I have seen with our sessions has been my reduced recovery time and decrease in soreness."

"When I first stepped into April's yoga class it felt like home. I started my yoga journey 14 years ago and with starting a family and being entrenched in mom life, my yoga practice got put on the back burner. I felt the desire to start back up and went to multiple different classes with different teachers until I found April's class. I was hooked. Not only does she give her heart and soul into the class and sequence but she deeply cares about you and your practice. Her classes are challenging and yet do-able in a way that leaves you feeling empowered. She helped me fall back in love with yoga and gave me a safe space to deepen my practice and my awareness of myself - a gift I am so grateful for."
